As a management consultant to international hospitality concerns for more than a decade, Ms. Gregory travelled extensively before turning to the film industry. Since then, she has executive-produced a number of documentaries for private foundations and is a respected member of New York City's film community. Ms.Gregory is a contributing volunteer for a social outreach program, an alumni of New York University and a principal and co-founder of The Right Fork.

For the last twenty years Ms. Riedel has worked in a number of management capacities, as both a steering committee member of a not-for-profit organization, and as a senior advisor to the Chief Executive of a major corporation. Ms. Riedel travels extensively and serves on the Board of Directors of several community associations. She holds a degree in Business and International Studies and is a principal and co-founder of The Right Fork.
